Artist Talk: Marisa Olson has invited
us to speak at her Sousveillance
Culture Class, New York University, ITP, NY,NY
4/18/08 - 4/22/08 Visiting Artist: Alvin Gregorio from
the CU Art Department
has invited us to come and spend a few days in Boulder to visit with
their students. We will present a public lecture on 4/21/08. Colorado
University, Boulder, CO
5/09/08 and 5/16/08 Solo Performance: We will be presenting
new videos from our IED! project at the Huntington
Beach Art Center, HB, CA. Starts at 7pm.
6/01/08 Fundraiser: In the interest of self preservation,
FS presents Token
Image, Edition of 100. Send us an email if you want to purchase
one.
5/31/08 - 7/27/08 Group Exhibit & Performance:
We are presenting our sculpture PIO: pass/detect at
Emergence,
a summer exhibition of experimental and participatory art involving
more than 30 artists / collectives, with a strong emphasis on audience
and artist interaction. The exhibition will open on May 31st, coinciding
with the grand opening of Governors Island to visitors for the season.
Governors Island NY, NY. We will be performing on 6/21 & 6/22/08.
6/18/08 - 6/24/08 Group Exhibit: Triangle
Project,- Grounded, Was Man Meant to Fly? We will be presenting
PIO illustrations and This Red
Kerosene Lantern. The Triangle Project is a cultural exchange
project. It will take place between Copenhagen, Istanbul and New York
until 2011.The first part of the project took place in Istanbul during
September 2007.The second part in Copenhagen and Malmö between
April 2nd to 10th 2008. The Third part in New York in June between June
17th to 29th 2008. Grounded
will be presented at ABC

7/12/08 - 8/06/08 Group Exhibit: Juan and Susie's space
is having their One Year Anniversary Celebration-Over 90 artist from
all over Southern California, Bunny

8/16/08 - 9/07/08 Group Exhibit: We will be presenting
Bio-Tag at De
Zone, a project of Nutuur Foundation. In co-operation with ‘The
Backyard of Arnhem, a project of CASA (Centre for Architecture and Urbanism
Arnhem) exhibitions, lectures and guided walks will be presented. Curated
by Stichting Nutuur, Arnhem NL. We are heading out 8/06/08.

- 8/22/08 We will be screening IED: Dick Cheney vs. George
Bush (2008) at the One
Minute Film & Video Festival Aarau, Postfach 2761,CH-5000 Aarau,
Switzerland. Stop in and check out the festival.
9/11/08 - 9/14/08 Group Exhibit: We will be presenting
Open House at Conflux 2008, the annual New
York festival for contemporary psychogeography, the investigation of
everyday urban life through emerging artistic, technological and social
practice. At Conflux, visual and sound artists, writers, urban adventurers
and the public gather for four days to explore their urban environment.

9/20/08 Group Exhibit: We will be presenting PIO:
stand/deliver. Taking place within the Arts District of
Downtown Long Beach, SoundWalk is an annual art event, produced by the
Long Beach artist group, FLOOD. Sound installations placed throughout
the area, indoors and outdoors, will encompass a wide range of work
that will integrate visual and aural elements. Included will be sculptures,
environments,performances and installations, both interactive and passive.
It is the variety of work that makes this event memorable for all who
participate as well as for those who attend. Soundwalk

10/11/08 - 11/09/08 Solo Exhibit: Little
Pharma, an inter-disciplinary
project that investigates "alternative" medicine, health,
and well-being as viable antidotes to some of the Big Pharma pathologies.
